Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At ZERAIN DESIFF, every creation is crafted with meticulous care, rare materials, and individual attention. We want you to feel a genuine connection with every piece you acquire from our studio.

Because many of our items involve delicate handcrafting, fine components, or custom elements, we maintain a clear and transparent policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your piece arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a structural defect, you are eligible for a full replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you received an item different from your order confirmation, we will arrange an immediate correction or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our collections, certain items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective:

• Custom-designed or personalized bespoke commissions created specifically to your specifications.
• Items showing obvious signs of wear, misuse, or alteration by the recipient.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), ZERAIN DESIFF will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved exchanges, customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping fees.

6. Contact Us
